Meet the Founder
I’m Michele Kennedy, the founder and driving force behind Project Precision VA. With over 30 years in IT experience and more than 20 years as a certified project manager, I help small businesses and startups manage critical projects—with structure, clarity, and confidence.

From complex software rollouts to infrastructure upgrades, I’ve led initiatives across both public and private sectors—guiding teams, aligning stakeholders, and bringing high-risk programs across the finish line. I’m a PMP since 2005, hold an MBA, and have a BS in Organizational Leadership.

Project management isn’t just what I do. It’s how I lead—with focus, accountability, and a results-first mindset.

I launched Project Precision VA to fill a gap I saw every day: small and growing businesses tackling big projects—without access to experienced project leadership. Most didn’t need a full-time PM. They needed someone who could step in, organize the chaos, and drive the work forward.
